Serbian legend Novak Djokovic and two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz trained together at Wimbledon on Thursday ahead of the 2025 edition of the grass court Grand Slam event in the United Kingdom.
Djokovic and Alcaraz contested the finals of the Major at SW19 in the previous two editions with the young Spaniard coming up trumps on both occasion.
24-time Grand Slam champion goes in search of his record 25th major crown at the Wimbledon, where he has won seven times over, with his last crown coming in the year 2022. Only Swiss legend Roger Federer has more men’s singles titles than the Serbia at the event in SW19 with eight titles, and Djokovic will look to go on level with his long-term rival in the tally.

Nole, as he is fondly known, clinched his 100th ATP tour level title at the Geneva Open in the lead up to the French Open, where he succumbed to Italia Jannik Sinner in the semifinal of the event in Paris.
Alcaraz will enter the prestigious event with his eyes set on a three-peat of the coveted title on English soil. The Spaniard will have momentum on his side following his French Open 2025 title at the Roland Garros with his win over Italian Sinner in the summit clash as the Spaniard clawed his way back form a championship point down.

The 22-year-old Alcaraz has managed to claim five grand slam titles during his nascent career and would likely look to add to his tally at the London event.
